Based in Oklahoma, I’m a creative writing student with a love for modern romance and heartwarming stories about family, redemption, finding your way home, and falling in love when you least expect it. I’m especially drawn to creating relatable characters who are navigating the messiness of real life while figuring out their hearts along the way.

Heartfelt words and second chances

I have loved storytelling for as long as I can remember. There is something profoundly healing about second chance romance—the idea that love can find you again, even when the path seemed lost. My stories focus on warmth, tenderness, and relatable moments that leave you feeling right at home.

Life beyond the page

After completing my degree, I hope to continue growing both as a writer and as an educator. Along with pursuing publication, one of my goals is to teach at my local school and share my love of reading and writing with others. Most of all, I want to write stories about relatable people whose lives may be messy and imperfect but still leave room for love, growth, and hope.

When I am not typing away at my desk, you will find me surrounded by the everyday joys of family life. I am a proud mom to two beautiful daughters, wife to my loving husband of eight years, and an unapologetic cat lover. My home life fuels the heartfelt, cozy emotional core of everything I write.

The journey of Coming Back Home

My current work in progress, Coming Back Home, follows a divorced mother who reconnects with someone from her past while learning how to balance motherhood, independence, and the possibility of falling in love again. Through my writing, I draw inspiration from everyday life, small-town settings, complicated relationships, and the imperfect moments that make characters feel real.
